Aleksey is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years of experience. In addition to working in legal consulting, Alexey held business positions in companies from various sectors of the economy, which allows him to offer a solution to the issue not only from the legal side, but also for the development of the company.

Aleksey leads the private client practice (family office). The practice offers its clients an unlimited range of legal services, as well as a high degree of confidentiality.

Aleksey - has experience of participating in the arbitration court as a judge, which allowed him to master the skills of mediation. Legal experience spans a wide range of industries, with particular focus on transactions and issues in natural resources, mining, telecommunications, agribusiness, retail and information technology.

Aleksey received a degree in law from the Military University (Moscow). He has an auditor qualification certificate. Throughout his career, he has been improving his qualifications in law courses not only at state universities, but also in private educational institutions.

Natalia graduated from the Modern Humanitarian Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2003 and the Moscow Financial and Law University (MFLA) in 2020.

In our company, Natalia is engaged in the support of contractual work.

Denis graduated from O.E. Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) in 2013.

In 2007, he completed advanced training at King's College London.

At YUSB JSC, he is involved in bankruptcy practice support and asset protection issues.

Tavus graduated from the O.E. Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL) in 2016. He also holds a PhD in Law.

In our company, Tavus is involved in supporting the practice of corporate disputes and bankruptcy practice.

In addition, Tavus publishes scientific articles, writes books and teaches at the Faculty of Law of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Sergei graduated from the Russian Academy of Justice in 2012.

Now Sergey is engaged in supporting the management of real estate objects and transactions with land plots.
